1/3 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 mashed bananas
2 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 confectioners sugar for dusting

how to make banana bundt cake

preheat oven to 350.

mix all wet ingredients except sour cream.

when adding eggs add 1 at a time.

add dry ingredients.

add sour cream last. mix well.

poor cake into a well greased bundt cake pan.

bake 50 minutes. then cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
