Ingredients swiss roll
Sponge
3 eggs
75 grams caster sugar
75 grams self raising flour
1 dash vanilla essence
Filling
1 small pot of jelly or jam
how to make swiss roll
line and grease a Swiss roll tin
pre heat oven to gas mark6
put eggs and sugar in a bowl
mix in Kenwood until thick and fluffy
gently fold in flour
spread on tin and cook
check after 7 mins, don't over cook
cool briefly then lay on a sheet of baking paper dusted with sugar
trim off edges and spread with jam
roll carefully using the sugared baking sheet
