Ingredients beetroot salad
3 beets boiled and cut into cubes
1 garlic clove small
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons oil
pinch of salt
how to make beetroot salad
To prepare the sauce, mash the garlic with some salt in a bowl then add the lemon juice and oil and mix.
Place the beetroot cubes in another bowl. Pour the sauce over and mix well.
Move the salad to a serving plate and serve directly; you can decorate it with parsley.
