Ingredients brads meatloaf surprise
2 lbs lean hamburger
1/4 lg onion diced
1 tsp mccormicks Montreal steak seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbs chopped chives
1 tbs garlic powder
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs stone ground mustard
2 tbs bbq sauce
2 eggs
10 Oz cheese whiz or other cheese sauce

Mix all ingredients except cheese in a large mixing bowl
Line a baking pan with foil. Grease.
Take half the mixture and place in pan. Make a bowl in the middle for the cheese.
Fill with cheese
Form the rest of the meat into a large patty. Cover the top and seal the edges.
Bake at 375 until internal temp reaches 165.
I served with mashed potatoes and Texas toast.
