Ingredients brownies for chocolate lovers
1 1/2 cup flour
3 cup sugar
1 cup butter
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 cup pecans roasted or roasted walnuts
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Melt butter and set aside
In a blender, beat eggs then add sugar, vanilla and baking powder and mix on high speed for 5-10 minutes
Add gradually flour, salt, cocoa and melted butter, while continuously mixing on medium speed until well blended.
Add roasted walnuts and pecans, stir with a fork gently
Butter and flour a rectangular cake pan, pour brownie batter in it
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, be careful not to over bake
Cool and cut into squares
