4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves
8 oz mushrooms halved
1 tbsp Olive oil or cooking oil
1 Lemon
3 cup Fresh broccoli florets
10 oz Container refrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper, in a large skillet cook chicken and mushrooms in hot oil over medium heat for 4 minutes turning once. Step


Meanwhile, shred 2 teaspoon lemon peel; set aside, slice lemon, add broccoli and Lemon slices to skillet. Cook covered for 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Step


Place chicken on 4 plates. Add Alfredo sauce, lemon peel, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper to skillet; heat through serve sauce with chicken and enjoy!
