Ingredients chicken fajitas


Salsa
1/2 medium Onion diced
3 small Plum tomatoes diced
1 pinch Cilantro
1 tsp Lime juice
1 Salt to to taste
1 Pepper to taste
Chicken mix
1 medium Onion cut into wedges
1 medium Green bell pepper cut into strips
1 Italian dressing
1 Fajita seasoning to taste
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste
3 large Boneless Chicken breast cut into strips
Side toppings
1 Sour cream
1 Flour tortillas
1 Lettuce
1 Shredded cheese

how to make chicken fajitas


In a medium bowl combine all the salsa ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

In a separate larger bowl combine all the ingredients for the chicken mix and refrigerate to marinate at least an hour.

When all is ready to cook preheat oven to 400. Add ingredients from the chicken mix to oven tray and cook for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven, warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds in moist paper towels.

Serve on tortilla with salsa topping and side toppings as desired.
