Ingredients chicken quiche
300 grams low fat sour cream
4 eggs
300 grams chicken breast
1 tbsp garlic
1 other seasonings to taste
how to make chicken quiche
Preheat oven to 165 C (330 F)
Beat eggs in bowl
Add sour cream & seasoning, mix
Dice chicken, add to liquid, mix
Line loaf tin with baking paper, add mixture (ensure chicken is evenly spread)
Put in oven for 25 mins or until egg set
Remove from oven, allow to cool & cut up
