Ingredients crispy fried fish
mackeral sardines or any fish
2 pinch tumeric powder (each side)
2 pinch salt (each side)

Clean and pat dry the fish
Sprinkle the tumeric on fish. Coat well.
Now sprinkle salt and coat well. Done! You can fry ur fish straight away.
