Ingredients easy apple tart
1 Whole Sheet Puffed Pastry cut in half
Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 whole apples cored halved and sliced but not peeled
Store-bought caramel sauce for serving
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat the oven at 425°F
Place the puffed pastry rectangles onto a baking pan that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper add brown sugar, salt and lemon juice to apples stir and combine and allow to sit for a few minutes
Arrange the apple slices onto the pastry rectangles in a straight line overlapping as you go bake until the pastry is puffed and golden brown around 20 minutes
Remove from pan immediately and place on serving dish then drizzle the caramel sauce and sprinkle the pecans
