Ingredients eggs supreme

4 eggs
6 hot dogs chopped ( i use red hots )
2 large tomato's chopped
1/2 large onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp water
1 salt and pepper ( i just sprinkle little of each )
1 few dashes of hot sauce (optional)

how to make eggs supreme

On medium heat Add butter to skillet and let it melt

Add onions and hot dogs along with all the seasons and cook until the onions soften

Once the onions are soft add in the chopped tomato's along with hot sauce and continue to cook until tomato's start to mush

Add the water once the tomato's start to mush and stir cooking for about 2 more minutes

Turn heat down to medium low and crack the eggs over the mixture and cover ...cook until eggs are cooked to your liking ..and serve with toast and sour cream on the side
