6 clove coarsely pound or dice garlic
3 small each deseeded bird's eye red chili pepper
PLUM SAUCE MIXTURE
5 tbsp plum sauce
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

FRIED FISH

deep fry fish till crispy and drain on paper towel

SPICY GARLIC PLUM SAUCE

in pan with 1 tsp of oil lightly brown pounded garlic but not totally brown

add red chili pepper and plum sauce mixture and off heat and mix well

SERVE
