Ingredients lemon crispy fish chips
1 medium potato cut into wedges
1 medium 200 g firm white fish fillet cut into 6cm pieces
1/4 cup plain flour
1 egg white lightly whisked
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 lemon cut into wedges

preheat oven to 200oC. line 2 trays with aluminium foil.
place the potatoes on one test, spray with oil and bake for 25 mins or until tender.
meanwhile dip the fish pieces in the flour, egg white and crumbs.
place on the other tray and bake for 15-20 mins or until tender.
serve with lemon wedges and vegies
