Ingredients potato kibbeh
4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup fine bulgur well washed
2 cups flour
fresh mint or dried
2 large onions
1 cup walnuts
bread crumbs or crushed "kaak"
cumin
dried basil
pepper
salt
how to make potato kibbeh
Fry the sliced onions in oil on medium heat for 5 mins. Add the walnuts to them
Boil potatoes, and crush them with fork while still hot. Add salt, pepper, cumin, mint, basil
Place the onion/walnut mixture in the pan/ then add the potatoe mix. Make a nice design with a knife. Add bread crumbs if available. Drizzle the olive oil on top.
Bake in oven for 20-30 mins.
