1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup honey
3 cup oatmeal
2 cup protein powder(chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla
Add To Taste
1 dash sesame seeds
1 dash flax seeds
1 dash chocolate chips
1 dash dried cranberries
1 dash dried raisins
how to make protein bar
combine the honey and peanut butter in a large saucepan over low heat until runny.
mix in the oatmeal and protein powder followed by a sprinkle of whatever you want from the add to taste list.
add vanilla
stir together well and press into a 9×9 pan
allow compressed mixture to cool before cutting into 16 equal parts.
wrap individually and place in a container in the fridge.
