Ingredients seafood and cream cheese stuffed shells


1 packages jumbo pasta shells (12 oz.)
2 packages cream cheese softened (8oz.each)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 dash salt
1 dash coarsely ground pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
3 can lump crab meat drained (6oz.each)
1/2 lb frozen cooked salad shrimp thawed
12 green onions finely chopped

how to make seafood and cream cheese stuffed shells


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cool to room temperature.


In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo., sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cayenne pepper. Gently fold in crab, shrimp and onions.


Taste. Add more salt or ground pepper, cayenne to taste.


Stuff shells, about 2 Tbsp. in each shell.


Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.


Makes 3 dozen.
