Ingredients sherris pumpkin cheesecake


Filling
24 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Allspice
1 cup Sugar
3 large Eggs
Spiced Wafer Crust
1 packages Spiced Wafers
5 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Sugar

how to make sherris pumpkin cheesecake


Preheat oven to 350°F.


Mix Crust Ingredients and press into Pie pan.


Combine all filling ingredients until smooth and well mixed.


Fill Pie crust with filling.


Let Cool, then chill for atleast 2 hours
