Ingredients spaghetti bolognese
250 grams Spaghetti pasta
500 grams Ground beef
2 tbsp Oil
1 large Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 can Crushed tomatoes
to taste Seasoning of your choice
1 handful chopped parsley or basil
1 Carrot (optional)
how to make spaghetti bolognese
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan pan. Add in the beef and fry until fully cooked, this will take about 8 mins on medium heat
Heat the the second tbsp of oil, add in the onions and garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
Add in the tomatoes, sliced carrot (if used)and seasonings, combine and add to the meat in a large saucepan
Bring to boil
Then reduce the heat to low and cook for about 15 mins
Meanwhile boil some water for the pasta... Cook the spaghetti, drain and serve with the delicious Bolognese sauce!
