thai fried rice

Ingredients thai fried rice


3 tbsp vegetable oil
8 clove garlic
2 eggs
1 cup Jasmine Rice
1 1/2 lb Chicken
4 tbsp Thai Soy Sauce
2 tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 Chopped cilantro
2 Lime
1 bunch green onions

how to make thai fried rice


Heat oil in wok or large non-stick saute pan. Add garlic.


When garlic starts to brown, add raw protein and cook to about 60% done


Add egg. Let sit before scrambling.


Add rice and push down on rice to break up clumps then toss.


Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Continue stirring until seasoning is well distributed and rice is heated through.


Add green onions and toss just to mix.


Remove from heat. Serve on plate with lime slice.
