1 chopped onion
1 chopped leek
1 chopped celery
1 chopped garlic
2 sliced mushroom
1 leg of chicken
200 ml demi glaze
11 ml french mustard
oil
black pepper
salt
40 ml red wine
50 ml white wine
10 ml double cream
5 chopped parsley

Make a marination using french mustard, pepper , salt, oil, White wine
Marinate the chicken leg
Fry the chicken after 1 hour
Saute onion,garlic,leek,celery in oil
Add mushroom an continue saute
Add demi glaze and then chicken
Cook till the chicken is done
Add double cream
Finish with chopped parsley
Serve hot
