Ingredients pumpkin pie
1 can 15 oz pure pumpkin solid
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 unbaked pie shell
1 Cool whip

Preheat oven to 425°
Whisk ingredients in a bowl
Pour into crust
Bake 15 minutes
Reduce oven to 350°
Continue baking 35-45 minutes
Cool completely and garnish with cool whip.
