Ingredients smoked sausage cabbage
1 lb Elkrich Smoked Sausage
1 head cabbage
1 medium onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1 salt pepper old bay garlic powder
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large can of mild rotel (drained)
how to make smoked sausage cabbage
In large skillet coat bottom with butter. Cut up cabbage & slice onion & bell pepper, place in skillet til tender.
Add chicken broth, sliced smoked sausage & the rest of the stick of butter.
Add seasonings & can of rotel. Let cook for about 7mins, turning it over until finished.
